Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Timeframe
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any additional charges such as duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Damages & Lost Shipments
Nio Prints is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
International Shipping
At this time, Nio Prints only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping.
